Right of withdrawal
If you have made an online purchase on Camiciamoci.it and would like to make a return, you can notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, without needing to provide a reason.
To initiate the request, you must provide your order number and the details used to make the purchase.

Once the withdrawal request has been communicated, the product must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of the intention to withdraw.
Condition of the returned product
The customer may examine and try on the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, fit, and functioning, just as they could in a regular store.
The product must be returned:
- intact;
- unwashed;
- unaltered or untampered with;
- complete with the original tags;
- complete, where present, with the original packaging and any accessories.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and fit.
Camiciamoci may therefore evaluate any reduction in the refund within the limits provided by current legislation if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or alterations not attributable to the normal fitting of the garment.
Return shipping costs
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal due to a simple change of mind, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
Return costs will instead be borne by Camiciamoci in the event of:
- a defective product;
- a damaged or non-compliant product;
- an error in the preparation or shipment of the order;
- an item received that is different from the one ordered.
In these cases, we ask you to contact customer service in advance at resi@camiciamoci.it, attaching photographs of the product where necessary and indicating the order number.
Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Camiciamoci will refund the amounts received for the returned products, including any standard delivery costs initially incurred by the customer, within the limits provided by law.
Additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard method offered by Camiciamoci will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The refund will be processed without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of the intention to withdraw.
Camiciamoci may, however, withhold the refund until:
- it has received the returned product; or
- the customer has provided proof of shipment;
whichever occurs first.
Size or item exchanges
If you wish to perform a size or item exchange, you can contact our dedicated support at:
indicating the order number and the product you wish to exchange.
The exchange is subject to the availability of the new item or the new size requested.
Unless otherwise indicated, or due to a promotion or error attributable to Camiciamoci, the costs for returning the product and shipping the new item are borne by the customer.
Our customer service will communicate the operational procedures to follow before the return.
Customized and made-to-order products
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in the cases provided by law, to products custom-made or clearly personalized.
This includes, by way of example:
- products with personalized embroidery;
- products with initials, names, or other customizations requested by the customer;
- products subjected to tailoring modifications made specifically upon request;
- items made or modified based on the individual instructions of the customer.
The exclusion from the right of withdrawal applies only when the product actually possesses characteristics of personalization or made-to-order construction provided for by current regulations.
Defective or non-compliant products
The right of withdrawal does not replace the rights recognized to the consumer in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.
If you receive an item that has a defect, damage, or does not correspond to what was ordered, contact us at:
indicating:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- photographs of the product, when useful for verification.
Our customer service will provide you with the necessary instructions for managing the request.
