In this document, the terms “Camiciamoci”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Montecarlo Club S.r.l.
Camiciamoci makes this website available to users, including the information, tools, features and services available through it.
By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms and conditions, as well as the additional policies referred to on the site, including the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the conditions relating to shipping, payments, exchanges and returns.
The site uses the e-commerce platform provided by Shopify, which acts exclusively as the technological provider of the infrastructure used for online sales.
1. USE OF THE SITE
The user agrees to use the site in compliance with current regulations and not to use it for illicit, fraudulent or harmful purposes that infringe upon the rights of Camiciamoci or third parties.
It is prohibited to introduce viruses, malware, harmful code or carry out any activity capable of compromising the functioning, security or integrity of the site.

The products sold through Camiciamoci.it are described in the relative product sheets.
The images are for illustrative purposes. The rendering of colors, textures and certain details may vary slightly depending on the device, screen or photographic conditions.
The availability indicated on the site may be subject to change.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be promptly informed, and the solutions provided for in the applicable sales conditions will be proposed.
4. PRICES
All prices published on the site are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Camiciamoci reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time.
Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed, except in the case of manifest errors and within the limits permitted by applicable law.
5. ORDERS
Sending an order through the site constitutes a purchase offer from the customer.
The order is considered accepted according to what is indicated in the Terms of Sale and in the confirmation sent to the customer.
Camiciamoci may refuse or cancel an order, to the extent permitted by law, in the presence of:
- product unavailability;
- manifest errors relating to price or product features;
- incorrect or incomplete payment or shipping data;
- suspected fraud or improper use of the site;
- objective impossibility of fulfilling the order.
In the event of cancellation of an order that has already been paid, any amounts collected will be refunded according to the applicable methods.

In particular, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of:

- shipping address;

Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout.
Transactions may be managed through external payment providers and systems made available through Shopify.
Camiciamoci does not directly store the full details of the payment cards used by the customer.
The specific conditions of individual payment instruments may be subject to the rules of the relevant providers.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped through couriers selected by Camiciamoci.
Shipping times, methods and costs are indicated on the relevant information pages and during checkout, where applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, holidays, high-demand periods, tailoring processes, customizations or events not directly controllable by Camiciamoci.
Camiciamoci assists the customer in case of issues related to shipping.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers qualifying as consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason, in the cases provided for by current legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can contact the dedicated service indicating the order number and identifying details.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases provided for by law, including goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
10. EXCHANGES
Any requests for size or item exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product and to the conditions indicated in the relevant exchange policy.
Products being exchanged must comply with the conditions indicated on the pages dedicated to exchanges and returns.
11. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
For products made to measure or clearly personalized, including items subjected to embroidery, tailoring modifications, application of initials or other processes requested by the customer, the exclusions from the right of withdrawal provided for by current legislation may apply.
The customer is required to carefully check all information regarding customization before confirming the order.
12. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Products sold through Camiciamoci.it are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Italian and European legislation applicable to consumers.
The legal guarantee lasts at least two years from the delivery of the product, under the terms and conditions provided for by current legislation.
In the presence of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer can contact Camiciamoci indicating:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- any photographs useful for verification.
The guarantee does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, washing not in accordance with instructions, negligence, unauthorized alterations or interventions, within the limits provided by law.
13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions, discount codes, gift cards and other commercial initiatives are subject to the conditions indicated on the site or in the relevant communications.
Unless otherwise indicated, discount codes cannot be combined.
Camiciamoci may correct or cancel promotions in the event of technical errors or abusive use, in compliance with consumer rights and applicable legislation.

The changes will not affect rights already acquired in relation to previously concluded orders, except for any legal obligations.
20. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with customers qualifying as consumers, the court having jurisdiction is determined by the legislation for consumer protection.
For relations with professional customers, where permitted by law, the Court of Naples shall have jurisdiction.
