Using this service requires a fixed fee of €7, which is clearly indicated during checkout and added to the order total.

Delivery and parcel verification
At the time of delivery, you may check the external condition of the packaging.
In the presence of obvious damage or tampering, the customer may:

Opening the parcel may only take place after payment, in accordance with the procedures established by the courier.

Any return requests must be handled in accordance with the Camiciamoci returns policy.
In the event of failure to collect, unjustified refusal of delivery, or the entry of incorrect or incomplete data, Camiciamoci reserves the right to request reimbursement of the costs actually incurred for shipping, storage, and the return of the goods.
Service limitations
Camiciamoci reserves the right to limit or deactivate cash on delivery for specific customers in the event of improper use of the service, repeated failure to collect, or for logistical and security reasons.
